The Fishery is owned and managed by Murray Dalton.
Working as a chef for over 20 years, Murray has developed an extensive knowledge of Australian and New Zealand seafood, and endeavours to source the freshest possible product for the local retail market.
Customers are freely encouraged to ask for advice on choosing particular fish and how best to prepare and cook the product.
